By using EZ Expand Image, you agree to these terms. EZ Expand Image is an AI image expansion service that expands user-supplied photos to different aspect ratios and social-platform presets using a three-step agent pipeline.

Responsible use

You agree to use EZ Expand Image lawfully and responsibly. Specifically, you may not:

• Upload content you do not own or have permission to use, including copyrighted photos and trademarked material.
• Upload images depicting children in a sexualised context, non-consensual intimate imagery, or violent extremism.
• Use generated outputs to deceive (e.g. counterfeit listing photos, identity fraud, harassment).
• Attempt to abuse the guest-preview limit, rate limits, or reverse-engineer the agent pipeline.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, and remove content that violates these rules or applicable law.

Ownership of generated outputs

You retain rights to photos you upload. The AI-generated expansion around your photo is released to you under a permissive commercial-use license — you may use it on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, other social platforms, ad campaigns, and other commercial contexts.

Note: only the new pixels around your photo are AI-generated; the original pixels are preserved exactly. Underlying rights to the source photo remain with the original copyright holder. If you upload someone else's photo without permission, the AI extension does not give you new rights to the original.

AI limitations and accuracy

AI-generated extensions are provided as a production tool. Output quality depends on source photo clarity, scene complexity, and the optional direction you supply. Results may vary across generations even with identical inputs. We make no warranty that any specific output will match an exact expectation.

For listing photos, marketing campaigns, and any high-stakes commercial use, you remain responsible for reviewing the output before publishing.

Guest previews, credits, packs, and subscriptions

Guests receive 2 free watermarked previews per device, verified by Cloudflare Turnstile, before sign-in is required. 1 credit consumes 1 generation call and produces 1 extended photo at your target aspect ratio. Signed-in users receive 5 free credits as a one-time signup bonus, with no card required.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits never expire. Subscriptions provide a monthly credit allowance while active.

Refunds: unused pack credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Subscription cancellations stop renewal at the end of the current billing cycle. Failed provider generations are refunded automatically — the credit is returned, not just an error message.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party model provider outages, and rare incidents may cause brief periods of degraded service. We do not provide an SLA on the free tier.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ Expand Image and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via the in-product banner and the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
